We, CAPT, are committed to your full satisfaction, and we provide a return and exchange policy according to the following terms: To protect everyone's health and in compliance with the systems of the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Health, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products even if they are in their original condition after receiving the order, except for the product that arrives in a damaged condition. 1- The customer has the right to request a return or exchange only before receiving the order, and it is not permissible to return or exchange the product even if it is in its original condition after receipt, in case the order is received in a damaged state due to an error from CAPT. The request for exchange or return must be made after contacting us via WhatsApp number. 2- Cancellation of the order before issuing the shipping label (within a maximum of 3 hours after the order) does not charge the customer shipping costs. If the order is canceled after the shipping label has been issued, the customer bears the costs of both ways shipping, and the remaining amount will be transferred to their bank account within a maximum of 5 working days after the CAPT team receives it. 3- Returns due to store error or receiving the wrong order do not charge the customer shipping costs.
